Dave and I were talking with Coach at training on Saturday about the importance of pushing the game and maintaining control by eliminating spaces and we drilled a really sweet move that emphasises all of the above points. I was having a look at some of our old comps and thought this one of Jeroen at the 2008 Pan Pacs is a great example of this. What I enjoyed was spotting some of the techniques we've been drilling of late and their application in a comp. 2:04 was sweet and then the elimination of space from about 2.40 on to set up the choke was really nice.
